Hello all, I hate to start another Ebay thread but here goes....

 

I bought a CGC comic in early Oct on Ebay, I asked the seller for a tracking number.  Nothing.  A few days go bye, I ask again, he tells me that according to the tracking, the book should be with me and still no tracking.  I tried emailed him AGAIN(I know, im too soft) and find that he has blocked me.  I waited and waited, not sure if this makes sense but dealing with this stuff causing me much stress so I just waited and kind of put it off. Anyway, I still have not gotten the book, is it too late to open a Paypal case?  Can I still open one with Ebay?  I have never had to deal with this before and wanted to know how and when I can open a case.

Just click contact seller then item not received.  If you cant do that go to purchase history click on "I'd like to" then select "I didnt receive it."  This will open a case which he 7 days to prove he sent it then you get your money back

what could happen to this nitwit is ebay refunds, you receive item and ebay says keep it-seller didnt respond.  win win for you, lose lose for him plus a lesson for bonus.

Don’t put off taking care of it.  Some stuff has to happen within a limited time for the most help.  Not sure on this situation.

after 2 days of him not replying, I would have opened a case.  They usually reply after that.
