Please grade my Contact 11 with LB Cole cover! 0

I gotta get these graded so I can know what to slab and what to move! So I will try to do a book or two a day although it is crazy busy here in PGM land! Up now is Contact 11 with beautiful LB Cole cover and great color. It has some fanning and some writing on the cover.

Here is the centerfold, staples firmly attached.

I imagine a well done press would realign the spine so let me know what you think it is now and what it could grow into please!

Maybe 6.0-6.5 now, 7.0-7.5ish after press/clean?

Structurally a very solid book with a moderate spine roll, minor non-color breaking creases and bends, a small chip/ding upper right corner, would be a 6.5.  However there are 3 small stains/soiling on front cover that will get hammered hard. 

CGC 4.5 due to stains on an otherwise very attractive book.  possibly worth a consultation for cleaning to remove stains.
