It is important to note that Quality control was terrible on this book. There are hairs and pieces of fuzz inside the case. The book has no rips or tears or pieces missing on the front. What may look like cover damage, is stuff on the case or in the case.

 

Top right cover is NOT SLAB DAMAGE.

Grade submitted. Those major creases should've made the MTU Annual #1 grade a 5.0 but didn't , so I've tossed out the grading guide on this one and used the Ouija Board. Odds are just as good I think...
