Ya just look at the book and keep deducting from 9.6 (or better depending on the age) for all the flaws you see. How much to deduct is the issue. And yeah you consult your MEMORY guide of specific flaws etc that CGC gives specific grades for. CGC doesnt exactly follow any of the printed grading guides.

 

And after you do that, get out your darts like we do!!
