1st Uncle Ben and Aunt May.  This book has been on my radar for a little while.  I found this copy at a reasonable price.  There are numerous creases front and back, both CB and NCB.  A couple intersecting marks on the green title banner.  A little spine break on top and a smaller on on the bottom.  Cover and center firmly attached.  When I saw the bottom staple, I thought maybe it had been replaced, but I think it is legit.  I think a pressing would work wonders.

So the mermaid is like Peter's stepsister?

Also it bothers me that AF15 Slabs claim first appearance of uncle Ben and Aunt May.

Yes, and this would say "prototype" for Ben and May, I believe.  It is the same people, and the only thing that would make it better is if they were serving wheat cakes to the girl. 

And I guess she is like Chuck from Happy Days...here one minute, gone the next, and never spoken of again.

I had to google that one. I now have vague recollections of Chuck, the "jock" older brother who went away to college and was never heard form again.

With a press, I think you could get a 4.0.  Structurally, fairly solid.  Cool book.
