PGM BB #34 - Grade Is In! 1 1

Here are pictures of my issue of The Brave and the Bold #34. Any thoughts/grades would be appreciated. There is an approximately 0.5 inch spine split in the upper left-hand corner. At best, I think it's a 4.0.

3.0-4.0 depending on the pages. The whiter the page, the closer to 4.0 for me.

lots of color breaking wear on the spine and upper left and bottom right corners, looks like a few small tears in the corners.  tear/color loss/wear on the U in "Thousand"

I just got this back after a pressing/cleaning by Joey Post and a grading from CGC. Consensus from everyone was around 3.5, so I did a little better than that.
