Black Panther # 5 35 cent variant Mystery 0

So I have run into a mystery. I am a collector of 35 cent Marvel Variants. Two weeks ago I found a difficult comic to locate on Facebook: Black Panther #5 35 cent Marvel Variant. It was slabbed at 6.5. You can imagine my excitement. I left a message with the seller but was never contacted. Some days later a friend sent me a text indicating Black Panther #5 was on Amazon. I did not believe it. But sure enough it was. It too was slabbed with a grade of 6.5. I quickly paid my money and imagined how that slab would feel in my hands. But two days later Amazon reimbursed me. They indicated the seller had not contacted them. In desperation, I wrote the seller asking when he planned to ship my prize. No response. Again, I wrote the seller. No response 

Where is It?  Has anyone seen that Black Panther #5 35 cent Marvel variant?

That’s a tough one...  I have had some luck finding issues I want through google image searches and then looking at the links to the photo. That being said I just tried it for BP #5 $0.35 and didn’t see anything recent. Just thought I’d let you know that there is another option of searching for hard to find issues!

This is an unbelievable follow up to the missing Black Panther 35 cent  variant #5. Out of the blue (1/5/19) I received an email from the seller who profusely apologized for the mishap. He blamed Amazon for the mix up. As incentive, he offered me a discount, and of course I took it. YEAH, SUCCESS!
