PGM Brazil's Uncle Scrooge 3 (US Uncle Scrooge 47 and 49) 0

I would appreciate if people would help me to grade this Brazilian Uncle Scrooge 3 (US Uncle Scrooge 47,49 and many other no Barks histories)

The main defects are the three pieces of tape on the cover, the stamp mark on the cover, with the last letter having a stain on it. On the square bound spine, there is a number three that was hand written. Plus it is far away from being flat. The back cover has the remain of one of the tapes that is also on the cover, a small chip and a folding mark that breaks color.
