Book has spine split from the bottom up to the lower staple, staple still attached to cover. Spine split covered by tape. Rounded edges. A few small tears on right edge of cover. Thanks for your help!

that spine split looks to be about 2" which Overstreet would put no higher than 2.0.  However, CGC appears to be more forgiving on spine splits, so:

CGC 3.0, and a great presenting book with strong colors!

It's similar to the number 12, but the overall condition of this one here is better, since the there is no dust shadow and the right corner. If the other is 2.0-2.5, this one here should be 2.5-3.0.
