Question: Black Lightning #1 9.8 PGX 0

Hey there ^_^

Many years ago I purchased this very comic, however, I felt as if the top had been slightly trimmed so I recently requested for the grading notes, to which they stated:

Book: Black Lightning #1

Grade: 9.8

Notes: Half inch corner bend on front cover, slight stress lines along spine

I'm curious as to whether PGX acknowledges various bits and pieces such as trimming, and what to expect if I were to get this comic slabbed by CGC ~

If the half inch is a bend and not a crease, with slight stresses?

It's worth noting that with the cgc promotion going on now, CGCwill estimate through the slab...if it is lower than the competition grade, then the grading tier is half of the tier price you subbed under.
