This one is particularly egregious. $10,000 for a $4000 book at best? That's going to leave a mark if the buyer ever tries to sell it or cross submit. And God only knows if it's unrestored. The resto check is about as intentionally or unintentionally incompetent as the grading, take your pick! It's basically no better, no more of a guarantee than any raw book on ebay, honest graders like Bob, Leroy, Peter, et. al. aside.
