CGC 6.5 and if you are getting it graded i would also press any book that valuable to bump it up a half grade at least

Thanks for your evaluation and the welcome.  Sounds like pressing will held, how about improving some of the yellowing around the edges.  I think this if from being stored in a hot environment for a period of time.
