WORLD'S FINEST 199 8.O CGC WHITE

The 198 is the Nicer of the 2.  If they dont sell Ill be slabbing it for sure real soon.  One CB spine tick  Upper left above S in Superman.  Upper right corner isn't perfect.  But the rest of the book is really nice.
