Help needed, British Captain Marvel Adventures. #1??? 0

I have just purchased a few British Fawcett comics published by Miller and Son. Information on these is scarce and I have a couple that aren't even on GCD (not even as skeleton data). But I'm wondering about this one.

 

 

 

I was wondering if this might be the first issue since there isn't anything indicated. Any help would be appreciated.

If it helps, that's a reprint of Captain Marvel 64.

The GCD, however, says most of the L. Miller's had no number.

All early issues that haven't been indexed have no number on GCD, but the indexed ones do. I think that they didn't give those issues a number yet because they don't know if they had one.
