As is, I'd go 5.0... however while damning in areas, it doesn't look like those creases are color breaking from top to bottom, and some of those back cover crease are fixable with a press and could bump up to.. maybe a 6.0?  Tough book to guess on, and I suck at this so probably way off lol.. nice page quality

With a clean/press those vertical folds will show as color breaking creases but it will present very well.  I think a 5.0 is possible.
