First, welcome to the boards!

How much of the spine is split? From the third photo it looks like the split travels down through the middle. Is the cover detached at the bottom staple? Does the split go all the way down?

...And yeah, as Gnasher mentions we would need full front/back photos to really take a shot at the grade.
