PGM - Avengers 2 0

I'm a total noob at grading and Iam thinking of sub mitting some comics to CGC for grading (if grading is worth it). Could you people use your skills to grade my copy of Avengers 2 please? The inside pages are tan to my eyes, the spine seems in good condition, not splits and very little colour break.

great colors on this one.  major defects are the moderate top edge wear/overhang, small color breaking spine tics, corner wear, light foxing, and small stains on the back cover (CGC is harsh on stains)
