I'm going through my collection this weekend and pulling out almost anything I can to build up funds for a grail purchase. Lots of stuff in here that I've never offered up before and, quite frankly, had never planned on selling, but this one book has me absolutely head-over-heels in love, so I'm going to go for it. I'll have a thread in Copper/Modern, too for anything 1980 and newer.

Shipping in the US by Priority Mail fully-insured (shipping price will be stated with the price of each book -- combined shipping is available). I can ship to Canada as well via USPS Priority International for actual cost (quotes available once we reach an agreement to purchase). No international shipping except for Canada.
Payment via paypal goods and services (no F&F, please, makes it way harder to ship).
No trades, just cash.
No returns on CGC-graded books.
Those on probation or in the Hall of Shame, you can look but don't take. Sorry.

I have been buying and selling on eBay since 1998 under the nomme de guerre "qburt" where my feedback is over 1700. I've sold on the boards occasionally as well with several happy customers.

First book up.... Iron Man 55 CGC 7.5 with White Pages. This book came from an original owner collection of 30 long boxes which primarily spanned the mid-60's until the early 80's. Book has been pressed by Joey. Beautiful copy of a Bronze key and the first appearance of Thanos, a character that will be the ultimate villain for a generation of movie goers. Yes, my scans aren't great. Didn't have any pics ready on this one, but I have included raw photos from before pressing/grading so you can get a better idea........... GPA on this book is $715 90-day average with the last sale at $744, I'll beat that........ ON HOLD

Next up, a tough mid-60's DC key that's super-tough in high-grade.... Brave and the Bold #60 CGC 9.0 with Off-White to White pages......First appearance of Donna Troy (Wonder Girl), First use of the Teen Titans name and really the first time they are a team. I love the Nick Cardy cover and the story is fun fun fun. I'll kick myself for letting this go as it took a long time to find a copy this nice, but gotta focus on the grail. Last GPA sale was $2075, no 90-day average but the 12-month on this book is $1698. Nothing higher than an 8.5 on the Bay right now and prices are ranging between $1200-1500..... Moved to the 'Bay

Another big Silver Age DC key, Superman's Girlfriend Lois Lan #70 CGC 8.5 with Off-White to White pages, featuring the first SA appearance of Catwoman (after about a 10-year hiatus as she was last seen in 'Tec 213). Bought this from Dale, had it pressed by Joey. Beautiful book that has been on the rise over the last few years as people realize how tough these mid-60's DC's are to find in nice condition. Centering and alignment on this copy are sick. Last sale was $550 according to GPA, no 90-day average as there have been no sales this year so the 12-month avg is $493. Only available 8.5 is $525 on MCS and that one has Cream pages, blech. I'll do better...... Price $500 + $17 shipped in the US.  SOLD via PM

Here's a gorgeous copy of a very tough book to find in high grade, Detective Comics 369 CGC 9.4 with Off-White to White pages. Very early appearance of Batgirl and the colors on this copy are beautiful, doesn't look like it's ever seen a day of sun. Sales on 9.4's are few and far between. A copy sold in 2013 for $1950 and I bought this one for $1800. How tough is this book......there are only 4 9.4's on the census and just 2 higher than that at 9.6. That's pretty freaking tough. This is a big sacrifice, but....... Moved to the 'Bay

Slowly getting stuff up, next one is an underrated toughie with this black cover, Batman 179 CGC 8.5, the second appearance of the Riddler in the Silver Age....... Price $350 + $17 shipping in the US.
