Slight resto - small amount of glue reattaching cover and centerfold.

Classic Joe Simon bondage cover. Check out the swinging skull. 

Not sure why this isn't Conserved instead of Restored?

Glue could probably be removed, though cover would be detached. Still it still looks nice enough that it shouldn't hit the grade much.
