Scooby Doo #1, First Series 1969 Gold Key  sold to Casablanca, 

The book is complete with nice pages. It looks like the lower staple was detached and the top staple was OK, but the book has 4 extra staples in it pluse a lot of creasing.
The grade would have been about Good had it not been restapled, I am not sure that the staples would lower the grade, but I think I'm safe calling it a nice Fair/Gd (1.5) . Bin is $165
