There are still in fact 16 Universal copies of Tec 28 on the census, not 17 as it currently states. Please correct. Thanks ! Unless CCS did the CPR, CGC will not change the census. I have tried in the past with books that I had CPRed outside of CCS and CGC would not change the census, which makes sense, as they can’t 100% verify, same as SS books not witnessed by a CGC representative. Thank you ! @Jordysnordy proof that the CGC Registry admins do in fact keep things in check if the facts are compelling enough.
