Classics are tricky, as they are some of the few comics with multiple printings.

The way to identify which printing you have is to look at the ad for other books that is usually in the back. Your book is issue 22, so the ad in a first printing would be between 21 and 23.  This is the reorder number.  The highest reorder number is abbreviated as HRN and it is the key to understanding their value. 

Few non first printings have much value in Iess than like new shape.

Your book appears to be an early reprint. I believe #22 would have a 10 cent cover price and possibly a different cover on first prints.
