PGM Hulk 330 0

Hi guys 

So this Hulk 330 is throwing me off a little... The book looks like a 8.0-8.5 pressed (maybe higher doubt it) but the water stain and the top right corner is what's getting me. I know the top corner could be pressed out but I don't want to spend $10 plus to press. My goal is to put the McFarlane run together again it was fun the first time and it sells well to. 

Id like to know what you guys think as it sits and of possible if pressed.

With the stain (looks like top an bottom of the book) and the crease, even after a press I would say you are in the 6ish range. I would not press this book.
