The seller is keyword spamming so his auctions will show up for folks who search for "CGC". Most sellers who use this and the dreaded "The book is certainly going to get a 9.8 grade from CGC." ploy normally don't offer a refund if the book doesn't come back at a certain CGC grade as he states he does.

 

From his auction: if it doesnt grade 9.4 or better return for full refund , shipping included , on me

 

I doubt this seller will actually refund though as I'm sure they will claim the book was damaged in transit from you to CGC.

If that's a first edition of Bumwad it is a key underground. Not all hot books were put out by Marvel or DC. That's something you'd CGC, again if it is a first edition.
