I want to say 1.5 purple label. but maybe 2.0 purple label as I believe they consider white out restoration. Specially with it in the Background even though it looks obvious that someone was doodling with the white out still not sure what CGC call would be but that's what my expectation would be at. Tough call. But I want to say 1.5 because of the amount of Pen. white out and brown stuff not sure if that's marker or what it is you can see it on Caps boot and on the A

Also don't know what's on the BC.
