I bought this off Ebay assuming NM but then noticed the ink smear on the comic code box and Marvel Comics emblem top left cover. Just curious what grade CGC may give this one. TY! I got it at such a good price but wondering if I should get it slabbed if it's not going to be a 9.6 at least. Have an X-Men 141 with a more apparent ink smudge and it got a 9.4, I think it’s considered a print defect.
