When did Ultimate Spider-man Jump the Shark?

I still enjoy Ultimate Spider-Man so obviously I don't think it has jumped the shark yet. Ultimate X-Men has never really worked for me... the only issues of that series that I thought were any good were the ones written by Bendis that guest starred Daredevil and Spider-Man.
