I plan on having this book cleaned to hopefully get the gunk on the title off but how much of a ding are the binder holes? Luckily they're small and clean. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I thought it would be lower with the 3 binder holes in. I wanted to say 4-5 because it is 3 holes throughout the book and there's schmutz on title which looks like a oil stain to me it is a nice looking book. if those holes weren't there I would put it much higher.

I don't see lower than a 5.0, though. Just my amateur opinion.

I am going with 4.0! those 3 holes and stain kill the book, not even including the stain and stress marks going down the spine from about the lower staple and down, plus rounded corners all in front of book. Its a very clean looking book thou and good color.
