Professional Cleaning Recommendation?

New guy here. I'm finally at a point of considering seriously archiving some and  monetizing other books. I have this ASM 127 and have been thinking of getting it slabbed but it has some definite defects.  I'm wondering if a professional dry clean and pressing would be worth the money. Any thoughts on current or potential grade would be welcomed too. I have more pics but, size constraints...

Thanks,

Today's new guy

A clean and press will bump the grade; potentially in the very fine range or better from what I see but cgc won’t verify the signatures and drop the grade for writing on the cover or give you a qualified green label if memory serves from similar posts

I'll post pics of the back cover in a bit and I didn't assume they'd verify the sigs but they'll knock the grade down? Does that mean I can't get any of my previously signed books graded?  Then I'm effed, most of my books I'd want graded are signed, including the six I just sent in for the McFarlane signing.

Should I call cgc tomorrow and ask for the green label?

I think theyll have witnesses for the McFarlane signings so that shouldnt be a problem but the ones you already have wont have been witnessed by a cgc rep so you'd have to talk to them about those. There are other grading companies I'm not allowed to name that will verify sigs though

Ok. So I'll call and hopefully be able to get green labels. If I ever want to sell, maybe I'll contact a sig verification company if potential buys give me grief. I wonder how Just Some Anonymous company would deal with these...

as for grade as is I would put it at 7.0 a press and clean could help it. tanning on back hurts and is that grit/dirt on the close up pics?

it is, unfortunately. That's why i was asking about professional cleaning in the first place. Would CGC cleaning be sufficient or there alternatives that might do a better job. If you can't say publicly, let me know the best way to tell me outside of this thread.

maybe the question is, what is the best way to get this into the best shape possible before submitting for grading?

press and a clean I dont have to much experience with pressors but some other people might have recommendations I only know of one named (see below) and CCS. You might want to do some research.

As for the tanning not much can be done for that without getting a purple label. but getting out non colour breaking creases and dirt off a good pressing and cleaning can help that.
