migmtl76
Hi. Does CGC still offer this service? What's your experience having a CBCS silver age book go from CBCS to CGC ? Thanks Ninja0215

So basically you have to crack open your slabs (PGX, CBCS) yourself and send them to CGC? If you have old CGC slabs and hand to have them slabbed do you use the Reholder service? And, yes, the re-holder service is for comics you simply want a new case for. migmtl76

There is a chance, although it is rare. If the case is extremely damaged, or the grade of the book is at a glance OBVIOUSLY a different grade than the one posted, OR they accidentally damage the book during the crack/reslab, they could select to regrade it. But generally, they're not trying to do extra work that you're not paying for. You can check out their website or contact them for more info on it. theCapraAegagrus
