New Member looking to buy 0

Hello I’m pretty new to cgc comics in general and looking to buy already slabbed new comics. I recently picked up a few already cgc books off eBay and that’s about it, never sent one in or anything. I was thinking of getting a membership but I really don’t think I would be sending in much comics so it might not be worth it. Is there a place where I could ask for a certain brand new book to be graded and just buy off the seller.

There are, or at least used to be, members of this very site that you could "pre-order" 9.X slabbed versions of certain comics, but IDK how long ago it was that I was over in the sales section & saw any. AFAIK, it may have been a banned practice, or it could still be going on.
