If I had to pick just one... Sienkiewicz.  His powers seem perpetually on the rise.

He has gotten better--freer from conventions where he can.

I forgot to mention Rudy Nebres. I have a commission he did for me in 1980 +/-, and one he did for me about 4 years ago. His newer one is actually better.

I must agree and was delighted to pick up this 2012 page from him at Heritage Auctions today.

The colored version doesn't look nearly as good IMHO.
