Why am I seeing Facsimile Editions of my favorite comics? Are these being produced by Marvel and DC or is this a third party thing? I don't like it one bit and I don't think CGC should slab them.

They are produced by Marvel and DC, they are clearly notated as such, and they allow those who cannot afford the real thing to own something very close to it for $4.

They're fine.
