Yeah it needs a PRESS. 9.2 as is maybe 9.4.

FYI its V.3 not second (V.2 "Silver-age" /V.1 Golden-age) series  (i just got a 9.8 back from CGC,. it's V.3 when submitting in the drop down submission menu)

Interesting. Is it possible cgc has it wrong? It says second series on mycomicshop.com

Apparently they run Goldenage and silverage together since 104 ended and 105 restarted....which makes v1 series. Stupid as that is V3 is really v2 and the v3 is the new DREK Flash... but you are right. Its all Odd
