I work in the hotel industry here in Hawaii and we have been hit hard with this pandemic. Hotel occupancy is down to numbers not seen since 9/11 and it continues to drop with travel restrictions and everyone just basically to scared to travel.  Need to sell some books to help keep afloat.

First  in thread or pm agreement (via timestamp) takes the book.

Shipping is extra and at exact cost (unless I have noted that shipping is included). All forms of payment accepted.

No returns on CGC books. Raw books may be returned if I’m notified within 5 days of delivery and books are returned within 2 weeks. No refunds on shipping costs and buyer is responsible for return shipping.

I'm sorry to read about your situation. Good luck with the sales, and here's hoping this whole thing turns the corner sooner than the more dire predictions would tend to indicate.
