Update: This one unfortunately came in below where I had hoped/where the estimates fell. It's an 8.5. Probably should have pressed it. Notes: light creasing to cover; light spine stress lines to cover; moderate finger bends on cover 

 

Think everything is covered in the pics. All estimates always appreciated.
