Has original staples but is stapled off-center.   Books is very flat but there is a 1-inch impression on the back cover which hopefully can be removed by a press.

I am around 8.0, outside shot at 8.5. Spine ticks and some dirt on the back. If this can be cleaned at all, the better. Nice copy though!

I had the book cleaned and pressed and then mailed it to CGC. 

I haven't gotten the book mailed back yet but I did check online to find that it graded at 9.2 with White Pages.  Very nice!

Obviously I'm very happy with the work of my presser (thecomicbookpresser.com). 

Will post again with the picture once it arrives.
