The grade result may vary widely dependent upon how tht back cover cleans up. Now I don't see any of that moderate soiling on the front cover, which begs the question, how much of the back cover margins are coated with loose/engrained dirt/debris, and how much, if any of it, is permanent staining; for example, mildew, foxing, moisture damage, etc. You can have a 1.5 to 2 grade swing based on the answer to that question.

Yeah that back seems weird. Also pictured aren't the best. At best, I am thinking 5.0. If it cleans up at all and the paper quality isn't ruined by mildew or whatever that is, it could easily go into Fine range.
