I'm inexpert at this, but I'll take a stab with a 9.0/9.2. The biggest issues are that semicircular color breaking stress mark (front cover, bottom staple); and the crunched spine at bottom (most visible from the back). There are also a few handling marks along the bottom edge back. The good news about the spine is that I don't see any ticks in the traditional sense, but that color breaking arc is almost certainly worse.

Finally, I really can't decide from the pictures whether that whitish mark above "Got Milk" is an intended part of the design or a surface scuff. If the latter... that might knock it down another point?
