Collection counts for fun, by series and character 0

To the extent that you know,

(1) You have the greatest # of comics for which series (spanning multiple volumes is fine)?

(2) Which character appears mostly frequently in your collection?

 

For me, it'd be...

(1) X-Men (Vols. 1 and 2), and it isn't really close; purchased a collection years ago, Jim Lee OA included.  Together with books acquired before and after (including some duplicates), close to 400 in all, peanuts compared to many X-collectors out there.

(2) A toss-up between Venom and Spidey.

(1) Four Color Comics - 1,223 issues

(2) Most likely it's Tarzan across the Dell, Gold Key, DC, Marvel and Dark Horse series

Same as TC.  Several hundred xmen, and a couple hundred spideys

 

Jealous of Mr Scrooge, as Tarzan is my current target

Definitely it is the X-Men/Uncanny X-Men for me.  According to my lists, I have over 930 issues (duplicates of course in there, but I have the complete run up to around 500)
