How do the interior pages look? Judging from the cover there is some off-white appearance on it.

It looks better than a 7.0, as far as I can tell. Theres some small spine ticks that I see. A pressing would help the book too. 

I'd say 7.5 as it is, maybe an 8.0 after a pressing. That's a nice copy of the book!
