eBay sold listings are the most accurate in FMV since they show what someone actually paid, of course you have to pay attention to how many people bid, was there a bidding war, etc.

https://comics.gocollect.com/ will show you what graded books have sold for, however in this case it says FMV Pending.

There is one in eBay sold listings, a Raw VG 4.0 that sold for $223.51
