Shipping by US Postal Service is included in the price of every book to anywhere in the US.  Everything will be shipped within two days of receipt of payment by Paypal, and within five days of receipt of payment by check or money order.  

No returns on any book.

On raw books, my estimated grade is provided.  However, please look carefully at the scanned images and make your own assessment.
