Production Defect - Pages Uncut 1 1

Hi -

I have a Golden Age book with the first 6 or so wraps (12 pages) uncut for 1/2 - 3/4 inch at the top. Pictures below. Should I leave them as-is to maintain how the comic was produced, or is there a way to separate them and still receive a Universal grade?
