If I pay CGC for UPS shipping, where is the UPS label?

Part of the payment for my first submission required a $16 UPS shipping fee.

Where is the accompanying UPS label to put onto the box that I will be shipping?

If I bring it to UPS without the label I pre-paid for, they'll just make me pay again.

What am I missing here?

Hello, thanks for your message.  The shipping fees you are paying for when you complete your online order would be the return shipping fees for when your order is completed and shipped back to you.  You would also have to pay to ship the books to us.  We don't provide a shipping label for that so you can ship them any method you prefer and then you would pay for the shipping fees when you take the items in for shipment.
