My submission is not showing up anymore 0

I checked the status of my submission yesterday on June 19th 2020 and the status was in the grading and quality control portion for several days after being signed.

I checked once again today june 20th and the website showed no evidence of my submission. 

The submission number is

2118544

And my customer number is 

CS085754

any reason why this submission which was recieved on 5/5/2020  not showing up in my submissions page?

Hello, thanks for your message.  Over the weekend there was a server issue which temporarily caused the submission tracking feature to go down.  It has been fixed now so everything should be running normally.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

My cgc tracking number says it’s not in the system I expressed a card but only see my old submission not the new one I expressed

I am having the same issue as the OP.  I only get two copies of the Customer Copy, which lists all my PI as above. No Packing Slip.
