I am wondering if I should use one of my CGC collector coupon for this book, so please give me your opinion on the potential grade...

The damage to bottom of spine front and back cover alone would put this in the 8.0 range, also how extent the staining on the back cover spine?

In that case I would say probably no higher than 7.5
