Why isn't Tales to Astonish #70 a key? 1 1

In terms of the character's development, TTA 70 is a significant comic - moreso than 1968's Sub-Mariner #1. It represents the first time since the GA that Namor is written as the protagonist. Because this issue launched Subby in his own silver age series (1965 on), I have always considered Astonish 70 as a pivotal addition to The Marvel Age, and included FF 4 in my personal pantheon of major Marvel keys.
