Hi. I sent a submission of 10 books to CGC through a comic book pressing company in Brooklyn, called Comic Book Underground.  I sent it to them on 6/ 5.   At the time I was not a member.  I called there and they said they already sent it off to CGC. I know the turnaround takes a long time but now that I am a member I was hoping to get an update about my submission.  The name is Ossie Shepherd.  Customer #CS147841.  Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your message.  I believe you did email our customer service department about this also but just in case you did not see that response, we will need the invoice number before we can check the status.  Since you submitted through a facilitator the order will show up under their account and not yours so we will need that invoice number to verify which one is yours.  You should contact the facilitator to obtain that information or have them contact us directly for an update.
