Direct edition copy of Darkhawk #2.  This issue features appearances by Spider-Man and Hobgoblin.

I believe this comic to be in Very Fine plus condition, or better.  There is light blunting of the spine corners, as well as a small number of small spine stress creases/ticks.  It is difficult to see if any of these creases break ink against the white background.  Both covers show a few very mild finger bends/indentations that will press out.

Direct edition copy of Darkhawk #3.  This issue features appearances by Spider-Man and Hobgoblin.

I believe this comic to be in Very Fine plus condition, or better.  There is very light blunting of the spine corners, as well as a small number of spine stress creases/ticks…with one or two that very lightly break the ink.  The back cover shows some light ink transfers in the white area.  The back cover also shows a small edge bend close to the spine corner.

I believe this comic to be in Very Fine condition, or better.  There is light blunting of the spine corners, as well as a small number of small spine stress creases/ticks…with a few that very lightly break the ink.  The left page edge of the back cover shows a few mild bends, as well as some rippling near the top left corner.  A press will help here, especially with the mild spine/stacking roll.  The front cover shows ‘scratches’ near the center of the spine, but this is actually part of the image or a production defect.  Every other copy I’ve seen had something similar.

I believe this comic to be in Very Fine condition, or better.  There is light blunting of the spine corners, as well as a small handful of small spine stress creases/tics that barely break the ink.  The top spine corner shows a light bend through it that doesn’t appear to break the ink.  That same corner does appear to have suffered a drop based on the very mild ‘crumpling’ at that corner on the back.  The back cover shows a few spots of very light soiling or ink transfers along the spine.

There is light blunting of the spine corners, as well as a few spine stress creases/ticks that very lightly break the ink.  The bottom edge of both covers have a symmetrical finger bend that may or may not break ink on the front.  The back cover shows a couple of light tracing indentations.  This comic will benefit from a press.
